Return Eligibility

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aurvella.com. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item:

 Email info@aurvella.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary shipping details and return instructions.

Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes up to 7 days. No restocking fees will be applied.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@aurvella.com with the details of your request. We’ll assist you with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at info@aurvella.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.

Items Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to info@aurvella.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
